Cosmopsis Books has the good folks at PayPal process all of the payments to ensure the highest level of security. After all, we know books and they know money. When you pay with your credit card you have two levels of protection–one from the card itself and one from PayPal, who knows both who we are and where we live. All of your information is encrypted and kept confidential; in fact, we at Cosmopsis never have access to your payment information, just your shipping address and name. We never use or sell this information other than to ship your merchandise. Cosmopsis Books is a verified PayPal seller.
Tracking
Tracking is only available on some orders. Our standard shipping rates do not include tracking, so if you did not receive a tracking number with your confirmation email, then your package is not trackable.
Status
You should receive an email once your order ships. If we expect a signifcant delay before your order is shipped, we will notify you. Did you order a book, receive a message that it was shipped and never get the book? Let us know on the contact form.
Cancel
You may cancel an order any time before it ships. Please fill out the contact form and tell us your name and what you ordered.
Returns
You may return an item within 15 days from its ship date for a refund less shipping costs. Books must be in good condition with no writing or stains. Please see the enclosed packing slip for return instructions.
